The service
CredTrack is administrative tracking software for healthcare practices: a credential registry with computed deadline statuses, payer enrollment tracking, and reporting. Subscriptions are month-to-month and priced per practice per the plan selected at checkout.
Scope limits
CredTrack does not perform primary-source verification of credentials, does not connect to CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, or payer portals, does not submit renewals or applications on your behalf, and provides no medical, legal, or tax advice. Using CredTrack does not by itself satisfy any regulatory, accreditation, or payer requirement. Your practice remains solely responsible for the accuracy of data entered, and for all renewals, filings, and compliance determinations.
Your responsibilities
You will enter accurate provider and credential data, keep enrollment statuses current, and not enter patient information (PHI) into CredTrack. You are responsible for safeguarding your practice API key.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel anytime; your registry stays readable for 30 days. A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to new subscriptions. Exports are provided within 7 days on request; data is deleted within 30 days after the read window.
Liability
The service is provided "as is." Our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 3 months. We do not guarantee that entered dates match issuer records.
