Flat per practice. Never per user.
Per-seat credentialing suites run ~$30–35 per user per month, and the closest small-practice tracker starts at $79/mo for just 3 providers. CredTrack prices the practice, not the headcount. (Competitor pricing checked Oct 2026.)

Questions
Why not per-user pricing?
Because credential tracking is a practice-level job. Charging per seat punishes the practices that most need everyone to see the calendar.
What counts as a provider?
Any clinician whose credentials you track — physicians, dentists, NPs, therapists, BCBAs, and the rest of your roster.
Can we start on Solo and upgrade?
Yes — your registry carries over; only the provider cap changes.
