Every credential. Every deadline. One calendar.

State licenses, DEA registrations, board certifications, malpractice policies, CAQH profiles, payer enrollments — small practices track them in spreadsheets and find out about lapses from a denied claim. CredTrack puts every credential and every enrollment in one registry, computes every deadline, and hands you a weekly list of exactly what needs attention. From $39/month per practice.

Why CredTrack

Credentialing runs on clocks nobody owns. The spreadsheet doesn't send reminders — CredTrack is the reminder system, the registry, and the follow-up list in one place.

Every deadline, computed

Each credential gets a live status — expired, ≤7 days, ≤30 days, ≤90 days, active — computed from its expiry date on every view. No manual date math, no stale spreadsheet.

CAQH 120-day clock, built in

Enter a CAQH attestation date and CredTrack sets the re-attestation deadline 120 days out automatically. The clock small practices miss most is the one we handle for you.

Enrollment follow-ups that don't slip

Every submitted payer enrollment gets a follow-up due 10 days after the last touch, until the payer answers. A 90-day enrollment stops depending on someone's memory.

One weekly digest

What's expired, what's about to be, and which payers owe you an answer — by provider name, in the API and by email. That's the whole report, because that's the whole job.

Plans from $39/mo

More of what CredTrack does

The record behind the countdown — Sample

Open any row in the ledger and this is what sits behind it: issuer, number, dates, the document copy, and the renewal history — all staying with the credential.

All credentials, one place

State licenses, DEA registrations, controlled-substance registrations, board certifications, malpractice policies, CAQH profiles, Medicare and Medicaid revalidations, BLS/ACLS, hospital privileges — each with issuer, number, issue date, and expiry date. Attach a copy of the document itself (PDF or image) to the credential it belongs to, and record each renewal against it — the history stays with the credential. CredTrack stores the copies you upload; it does not verify them with issuers.

Computed, not remembered

Every credential carries a live status — expired, critical (≤7 days), warning (≤30), watch (≤90), active — plus an alert ladder at 90/60/30/7 days. The expiring list sorts most-urgent first.

How it works

The 120-day clock

CAQH profiles need re-attestation every 120 days. Add the attestation date; CredTrack derives the deadline. No separate reminder system, no sticky notes.

Payer follow-up cadence

Track each enrollment from documents-gathered to approved. While a payer sits on an application, a follow-up comes due every 10 days — the cadence credentialing guides recommend, made automatic.

The weekly action list

One digest: expired credentials, the 7/30/90-day buckets, enrollments by status, and every overdue payer follow-up — each item named by provider.

What you get

NPI validation at entry

NPIs are checked with the real Luhn check-digit algorithm as they're entered. A transposed digit gets rejected at the keyboard instead of surfacing in a payer rejection three months later.

Your registry is only yours

Each practice gets its own API key (stored hashed) that can only ever see that practice's data. Billing companies on Group keep every client practice separate.

Every change, logged

Every create, update, and delete lands in your practice's append-only audit log — what changed, and when, is never a guessing game.

The details

Honest by design

CredTrack tracks the dates you enter. It does not verify credentials with issuers, log into CAQH or payer portals, or store patient data — there is nowhere in the product to put it.

Subscribe and claim your practice key

Pick a plan on the pricing page. After checkout, Stripe returns you to our claim page, which shows your practice API key exactly once — it is the only key to your registry, so store it like a password.

Add your providers

Name, NPI, email, specialty. NPIs are check-digit validated on entry, so a typo is caught now — not in a payer rejection later. curl -X POST credtrack-api.onrender.com/api/v1/providers -H "X-API-Key: ct_..." -d '{"full_name":"Dr. Jane Doe","npi":"1234567893","email":"jane@practice.example"}'

Going further

Add credentials

For each provider: license, DEA, board cert, malpractice, CAQH, revalidations — issuer and dates. For CAQH, just enter the last attestation date; the 120-day deadline is derived for you. curl -X POST credtrack-api.onrender.com/api/v1/credentials -H "X-API-Key: ct_..." -d '{"provider_id":"prov_...","type":"caqh_attestation","issuer":"CAQH","issued_on":"2026-10-01"}'

Add open enrollments and read the digest

Log each payer application with its status and submission date; follow-ups date themselves every 10 days. Then pull your first digest and spot-check it against your source documents. curl -H "X-API-Key: ct_..." credtrack-api.onrender.com/api/v1/digest Prefer not to touch an API? On Practice and Group plans, send us your current spreadsheet at onboarding and we will load it with you.

Why we built this

The deadlines are not optional for a 4-provider dental practice; they are just unstaffed. A lapsed license, a stale CAQH profile, a payer enrollment that sat silent for 90 days — each one turns into denied claims and unbilled work. Published industry research puts enrollment-delay losses at $1,000–$5,000+ per provider per day (Medallion, 2026 State of Payer Enrollment report). The fix is not a bigger suite. It is a registry that computes every date and a follow-up list that never forgets.
