The credential calendar for practices without a credentialing department.
Enterprise credentialing was built for hospital systems with dedicated staff. Small practices got the same deadlines — and a spreadsheet.
Why we built this
The deadlines are not optional for a 4-provider dental practice; they are just unstaffed. A lapsed license, a stale CAQH profile, a payer enrollment that sat silent for 90 days — each one turns into denied claims and unbilled work. Published industry research puts enrollment-delay losses at $1,000–$5,000+ per provider per day (Medallion, 2026 State of Payer Enrollment report). The fix is not a bigger suite. It is a registry that computes every date and a follow-up list that never forgets.
What we believe
Flat pricing is honest pricing. Tracking deadlines for 12 providers should not cost 12 seats. Scope should be written down. CredTrack tracks; it does not verify credentials with issuers, log into portals, or give advice — and our pages say so, in plain language, everywhere it matters. No patient data. A credential registry needs provider administrative data and nothing else, so that is all the product can hold.
Who it's for
Dental, therapy and ABA, home-health, behavioral-health, and small medical practices — and the billing companies that keep their credentialing straight.
